Sleep plays a crucial part in building our physical health. It’s involved in the repair and healing of blood vessels and the heart. If you’re suffering from lack of sleep, you risk getting diseases such as kidney failure, heart complication, high blood pressure, stroke and diabetes.
I decided to document my life last year by creating various monthly reports about my lifestyle. Here, I talked about my productivity, fitness, income and sleep. Also, thanks to trymattress reviews, I was able to figure out the amount of sleep that I need to perform better during the day.
However, today, I would like to share some cool apps that can analyze and improve your overall sleep. Of course, I’ve tried some of these tech apps, and I’m sure that they’ll help you too.
Pillow assists you to monitor your sleep on all Apple devices such as the iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch. I love that you can even connect it to work together with your Apple Health device to give you accurate data. It will also track your sounds and movements to help you know if you’re a morning person or night owl!
Awaken is one of the best sleep application assistants that you’ll ever come across. It analyses your sleep habits and ultimately, improves your lifestyle and health. It’s an app that’s easy to operate as it comes with easy to use, user-friendly features.
SleepTime+ helps you to wake up in the morning feeling fresh and ready for the day. All you’ll need to do is place your phone on the bed, and it will monitor your sleeping behavior. The app analyses all your sleep movements, and its smart alarm helps you wake up only when you’re ready!
SleepCycle is one of the most intellectual apps that I’ve come across. It takes time to learn your sleeping habits and wakes you up when sleep begins to fade. I love it because it can show you when you were in deep sleep, awake or just asleep. Furthermore, it tracks all your erratic sleeping behaviors!
Sleep as Android
Another fun app that you’ll need to try out is Sleep as Android. It simply records all the sounds that you make while sleeping and plays you soothing lullabies. I also learned that to monitor your sleep, you can either use your smartphone or other wearable devices. It provides you with some essential tasks to wake you up in the morning.
In my research, I discovered that Sleep Genius was created by a group of neuroscientists who believed it to be one of the most trustworthy sleep assistants. NASA also uses it as one of its main health applications. It’s only focused on offering you restful sleep, plus it even guides you once you decide to take a power nap.
Here’s an app that can help you in solving your insomnia problems and reducing stress by helping you relax. Its main objective is just to calm you down and put you straight to sleep by playing soothing tunes and calming sounds. Besides, it also plays a massive role in tracking your sleeping patterns and helps you to get a successful power nap in the middle of the day.
Noisli is another fantastic sleep assistant that is sure to do the job correctly. It plays different sounds to help you work, focus and eventually fall asleep.
Enrich your sleeping experience by using these tech apps. Keep in mind that with the growth of technology, there’s something for everyone. I would recommend ‘Pillow’ because of its ability to connect to other Apple devices in your home. All in all, make sure that you’ve chosen apps that suit you.
