Hyring’s new AI-powered platform helps managers turn employee activity into usable data while giving employees full visibility into what the platform collects.
CHENNAI, India, November 2, 2026: Hyring, the AI-native recruitment and workforce platform, announced that more than 7,500 companies now use Hyring Insight, its latest AI workforce analytics platform. The milestone reflects the growing demands of businesses that already collect data regarding an employee’s time and activity but lack the tools to interpret it.
The platform is a culmination of time tracking software, activity monitoring, and AI-powered analysis all in a single platform. Managers no longer need to chase people for updates about their workforce. Hyring’s new addition allows them to receive answers from their organization’s own data, without having to build their own dashboard or wait for manual reports.
This milestone comes at a time when most organizations still struggle to interpret and make use of the workforce data they hold. According to Deloitte India’s 2026 research, more than 70% of organizations continue to rely on a manual approach. Reports typically show total hours worked and attendance but offer little insight into productivity or why it shifts or where time is lost.
“Every company we have talked to already has workforce data. What they’re missing is the time to read it,” said Adithyan RK, Founder & CEO, Hyring. “We work in an environment where managers are expected to have answers at their fingertips, and seeing 7,500 companies feel the same way tells us what teams want from AI workforce analytics.”
From activity data to workforce intelligence
Hyring Insight records time, activity levels, screenshots, and app and website usage. Its AI layer interprets that data in three ways:
- Ask AI: Managers can question workforce data using conversational queries like “Who spent the most time in meetings this week?” or “Who worked late most often this month?” Ask AI provides answers using data from the company itself.
- Role-aware activity classification: The tools AI uses screenshots and website domains to analyze work rather than blocking some sites. Employees have the option of blurring their screenshots if they choose to do so. Professional networking site use, for instance, will be categorized differently for recruiters compared to programmers.
- Unusual-activity alerts: The system detects unusual behavior from regular activity and helps managers concentrate on anomalies alone.
Built around the employee as well as the manager
Unlike traditional AI employee monitoring software, Hyring Insight helps its users: no stealth mode, no keystroke logging, no screen video, camera or microphone, and nothing tracked while the timer is off. Every person has their own companion, giving them company during the workday. The platform has focus music to keep employees engaged and focused, and its who’s around feature allows peers to see who is tracking, paused, or offline.
It takes transparency very seriously; employees have access to all data collected about them, organizations have control over screenshot capture, blurring, and storing, and managers have access to the information their position entitles them to have. As Hyring says, “AI signals help with human decisions, not automatic ones.”
“Workforce analytics only works if employees trust it,” said Adithyan, CEO. “We built Hyring Insight to feel like a companion, not a camera. When people can see exactly what’s collected and the tool actually helps them focus, the data gets better and so do the conversations around it.”
Extending Hyring’s AI platform beyond hiring
Hyring Insight expands Hyring’s offering from recruitment into workforce intelligence.
