Vodacom Business has announced the appointment of three additional executives to its Extraordinary Business Advisory Board, strengthening the company’s commitment to providing enterprise customers with credible insights and guidance on emerging technologies and business solutions.
The Extraordinary Business Advisory Board is a strategic initiative launched by Vodacom Business to support digital transformation in the enterprise sector. Comprising a curated group of thought leaders and respected experts across fields including cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, the board serves as a crucial platform to empower organisations of all sizes to navigate complex challenges and realise their potential through technology.

The new appointments bring exceptional expertise in areas vital for enterprise success.
Charlotte Kepadisa, Managing Executive of Big Data, AI & RPA at Vodacom Group, has over 20 years of experience leading artificial intelligence and digital transformation efforts in financial services, insurance, and telecommunications. Most recently, she spent three years on secondment to Safaricom PLC, where she accelerated AI transformation and value realisation across all operations. Charlotte holds postgraduate degrees in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch, and a Certified Chief Digital Officer certification from MIT.
Reshaad Sha, Executive Chairman of Sentiv and CEO of BriteGaze, is a visionary leader at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and operational transformation. His career includes roles as CEO of Liquid Telecom South Africa and SqwidNet, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Director at DFA, and director-level positions at global tech firms including Cisco, LogicaCMG, and Protek. He brings extensive executive experience in telecommunications and digital innovation across the USA, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Reshaad holds an Executive MBA from UCT’s Graduate School of Business and is an Advanced Management graduate from Harvard Business School.
Kgabo Seopa, Managing Executive of Products & Services at Vodacom Business, has extensive experience scaling high-growth technology portfolios across multiple countries and consistently translating strategy into measurable commercial results. He previously held roles at Cisco, Nokia, SITA, Vodacom, and Internet Solutions, providing him with extensive industry exposure. Kgabo holds an MBA and is passionate about building businesses and teams that create meaningful impact across Africa, while remaining grounded in purpose and integrity.
