MTN announced today that it is enhancing and expanding its popular EverydayGigs portfolio to deliver more value for money and provide choice to its pre-paid customers.
The growth in demand for flexible data solutions and consumers’ increasing need to remain connected to loved ones during the lockdown restrictions has enabled MTN to revise and expand its MTN EverydayGigs portfolio to ensure customers get more value and options.
The changes are aimed at ensuring more people can access the digital world for their needs, whether it is for work, entertainment, news or education.
MTN first launched EverydayGigs in May 2020 as a convenient way for prepaid customers to stay connected by paying once and getting allocated with 1GB of data daily without the fuss of recharging or converting airtime to a bundle.
MTN is excited to announce that it has revised the pricing for some of the current MTN EverydayGigs data offers and introduced additional offers to provide more options for customers.
Among the price decreases, the 7GB weekly offer price falls from R149 to R99, 14GB weekly from R199 to R179 and the 30GB monthly offer has been reduced from R499 to R349. MTN has also introduced 3-day Everyday offers, amongst the new offers, customers will be able to get 3GB 3-day offer at R69.

Due to the popularity of MTN EverydayGigs data offer, MTN is now also introducing the EverydayTalk product where a customer pays once and then get allocated with value daily to the voice offerings. With MTN EverydayTalk, prepaid customers will be able to buy voice minutes upfront and get allocated with minutes daily. The minutes can be used to call any network at any time. Amongst the available MTN Talk offers, prepaid customers will be able to get 90 minutes for R29 on the 3-day offer, 210 minutes on the 7-day offer for R49 and 900 minutes for R199 on the 30-day offer. Customers will be allocated with minutes daily for calls to any network.
