JSE-listed tech group Altron announced Cedric Miller has resigned as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO). The group did not specify the reasons for Miller’s resignation. Miller was appointed as the Group CFO on 1 May 2019. “Miller’s notice of resignation applies to all his roles and responsibilities within the Altron Group and its affiliates, effective from 30 June 2021,” Altron informed investors on Monday.
