iStore South Africa is excited to announce that the highly anticipated iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available at iStore nationwide from 20 September 2024.

This year, iStore reinforced its commitment to maximum value for iPhone users with their new Contract Price Freeze when customers upgrade and trade-in at iStore, making it easier than ever to get the latest iPhone. For the first time, iPhone users can upgrade to the latest iPhone 16 range and keep their monthly contract price the same as their current contract or pay even less each month.

iStore’s Contract Price Freeze is available on South Africa’s three major networks – Vodacom, MTN, and Telkom – at all iStores.

**MTN savings will be paid as a cash bulk-sum upfront into customer’s bank account

Many customers prefer to purchase their new iPhone outright, and these customers will get access to iStore’s “best-in-world” trade-in values and enhanced trade-in offers. That means:

  • Up to R5 000 additional trade-in discount when trading in any iPhone 14 range phone (From R11 000 – R22 000 with trade in enhancer); or
  • Up to R4 000 additional trade-in discount when trading in any iPhone 13 range phone (From R9 000 – R17 900 with trade in enhancer).

Customers can get this trade-in value as an immediate discount at the time of their purchase (meaning they only pay the difference for their upgrade), or they can elect to get this paid as cash back into their bank account to spend on whatever they choose.

To find out how much your current device is worth, please visit https://www.istore.co.za/trade-in-1.

Vodacom, MTN or Telkom cellular contracts at iStore – iStore customers can get iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max on a new or existing contract regardless of where their contract was initiated – even if it was not at iStore originally.

Free iCarePlus and a 55% guaranteed buy-back— As part of the new iPhone launch, iStore offers even more value with free iCarePlus for every iPhone 16 purchase.

This now includes a guaranteed buy-back to future-proof their purchase, ensuring that two years from now, iStore will buy back their iPhone for a minimum of 55% of its original value, making a future upgrade even more affordable. The iCarePlus package also includes an extra year of warranty and screen repair – saving customers up to R11 249. For more information about iCare Plus, please visit https://www.istore.co.za/icare-plus.
