In a thrilling initiative to encourage the adoption of MyMTN Prepaid Khava, MTN South Africa, in partnership with aYo Intermediaries and underwritten by Sanlam, is launching the MTN Free4U Funeral Khava during its Summer campaign, providing prepaid customers with complimentary R5000 coverage.

Effective from October 27, 2023, to January 31, 2024, this promotion aims to empower customers with financial security.

MyMTN Prepaid Funeral Khava stands out as a groundbreaking funeral cover, redefining affordability and convenience since its launch on August 24, 2023. Offering flexible 6 or 12-month terms starting at just R75 for a single premium, it eliminates waiting periods, paperwork hassles, and the need for recurring monthly payments.

Accessible to customers on any network, sign-up is seamless through the MoMo app, with premiums payable via the MoMo wallet.

Exclusively available to qualifying prepaid customers, the MTN Free4U R5000 Funeral Khava adds an extra layer of financial protection.

To qualify, customers can follow specific eligibility criteria detailed in the promotion.

  • New customers activating the MTN Bonus Bonanza starter pack receive free R5000 Khava for 3 months.
  • Existing customers purchasing qualifying data bundles (R49 or more) enjoy free R5000 Khava, aligned with the bundle’s validity.
Activating the MTN Free4U Funeral Khava is Simple:

1.    Purchase the qualifying data bundle or Bonus Bonanza starter pack.

2.    Activate MTN Free4U Funeral Khava via the MoMo App.

3.    Receive an SMS notification confirming the free insurance cover.

4.    Accept terms, add a beneficiary, and activate the insurance cover.
