What More Can We Expect? 

Not only has the price of our basic products increased, but the prices of leisure items such as alcohol and tobacco has taken a nasty hit.

This is due to the increase in excise duties which forces these products to increase by 9%. Craving a nice glass of fizzy, sugary goodness on a hot summer’s day? Well think again as sugar tax will force an increase in price of sugar-based items to 2,21 cents per 100ml from 1 April 2019.
