Eskom today announced that loadshedding continues to remain suspended until further notice, due to further incremental improvement in the reliability of the generation fleet. Loadshedding has currently been suspended for 72 consecutive days. Canada has committed C$269 million (R3.7 billion) over eight years to support the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project, a collaborative effort between South Africa and Australia.
