The Finchb Solana wallet opens inside Telegram with one tap and explains on its screens how money arrives and how it leaves, as the company prepares its next steps toward Europe and the Americas.
Finchb, a company based in Singapore, has extended the guidance inside its wallet for the Solana blockchain so that newcomers see both directions: how money gets into the wallet and how it gets back out. The wallet runs inside the messaging app Telegram through the Finchb bot, in the browser at www.finchb.com, and as an app on phones and computers.
Why the way out matters
For many first-time users, the hard part of crypto is not the first purchase but the questions around it: which network to choose, why a small amount of SOL is needed for fees, and how to bring coins back to an exchange. Mistakes here are common and often final, because a transfer on a blockchain cannot be called back.
Getting in
A wallet is created with “Create wallet” in the Finchb bot or on the website, without an email address; on the website, “Log in with Telegram” opens the same account as in Telegram. The 12 recovery words shown at the start are the backup of the wallet.
The receive screen offers three ways to fund it: sending SOL or USDC from an exchange over the Solana network; paying with another coin such as USDT, BTC or TON, which arrives as USDC; or buying by card through Guardarian, MoonPay or Paybis, where the payment and the identity check take place.
Receiving in the Finchb wallet: the address, the steps from an exchange and the warning about other networks.
Getting back out, step by step
The section “How you get to your money” explains the way back to an exchange in three steps.
At the exchange: choose “Deposit”, then USDC or SOL and the Solana network, and copy the address.
In Finchb: tap “Send”, paste the address, enter the amount and confirm. Finchb shows the network fee before the confirmation.
Check: the transfer appears in the history, and in the Telegram chat it comes with a link to Solscan, the public explorer of the Solana network.
A warning sits next to the address: an address that starts with T, 0x, UQ or EQ belongs to another network, and nothing sent there from Solana arrives.
What else the wallet does
Besides sending and receiving, the wallet swaps between SOL and USDC, shows other Solana tokens with names and dollar values, and sends a message in the chat when SOL or USDC arrive. Support answers in the chat and by email.
Next steps
Finchb started with users in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Ethiopia and plans to expand step by step to Europe and the Americas. A direct way to turn crypto into local money and support for NFTs are on its product list. No dates have been announced.
“Getting into crypto is one step. Knowing how to get back out is what builds trust. Finchb explains both on the screen where they happen,” said Finchb’s founding team.
