Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM,  hosted  its Annual Partner Awards at Gold Reef City, recognising the partners who have driven exceptional performance across the market over the past financial year, and setting the tone for the year ahead.

More than a celebration, the awards signal Salesforce’s deep investment in its partner ecosystem and its ambition to accelerate momentum across the industry. The awards recognise how collaboration, strengthened by partners’ sustained investment in skills and expertise, along with a commitment to large-scale impact, drives real world solutions and meaningful success for customers.

“Our Partner Awards are about more than recognition, they are about momentum. The partners we are celebrating tonight are shaping what’s possible in our market. These achievements set a new benchmark for excellence and demonstrate the level of capability customers can rely on across our partner network.” says Linda Saunders, Country Manager South Africa & Senior Director Solution Engineering Africa at Salesforce

Cloud23 takes four wins

Taking centre stage as the overall top-performing partner of FY26 is Cloud23, which secured four major awards:

  • Top Implementation Partner FY26
  • Top Partner EBU FY26
  • Top Knowledge Partner FY26
  • Top Agentforce Partner FY26

This multi-category achievement reflects consistent excellence across delivery, enterprise growth, technical capability and innovation.

“Winning four awards this year is an incredible honour. It recognises the complex enterprise programmes we’ve successfully delivered, the depth of expertise we’ve built across our teams, and the innovation we’re bringing to customers through Agentforce. Our focus has always been on delivering measurable impact and we’re proud to see that work recognised,” said Ram Ramakrishnan, Chief Executive Officer and Enterprise Solution Architect  at Cloud23.

Celebrating excellence across the Partner network

Strategic alliance partners played a pivotal role in FY26 performance, with Accenture awarded Top Partner Sourced ACV FY26, recognising their leadership in originating high-value opportunities and driving measurable commercial impact. Meanwhile, Deloitte received Top Public Customer Success Story FY26, highlighting delivery excellence and the strength of outcomes achieved through collaboration. NTT was recognised as both Top MuleSoft Partner and Top Marketing Partner for 2026, reflecting their ability to combine technical depth with strategic execution to accelerate customer success.

These recognitions reinforce the depth of capability within Salesforce’s ecosystem and the strength of its alliances in delivering complex, high-impact programmes.

Further FY26 award recipients include:

  • iCloudius – Top Partner CBU FY26
  • BlueSky – Community Impact Partner FY26
  • Cloud-vision – Rising Star Partner FY26
  • Keyrus – Top Tableau Partner FY26
  • Tetrad IT – Top Partner SMB FY26

Each award reflects measurable performance, customer impact and sustained contribution to market growth.

Graeme Leslie, RVP  Alliances at EMEA Growth Markets, added: “This year’s results demonstrate the maturity and capability of our partner network. The performance recognised at the event demonstrates the strength and depth of capability within our partner ecosystem. Customers can be confident they are working with organisations that are delivering complex programmes, driving innovation, and creating measurable business impact.”

With a deliberate focus on elevating partner excellence and increasing market visibility, the Annual Partner Awards reinforce Salesforce’s commitment to building a vibrant, high-performing network that delivers value to customers and creates opportunity for partners across the country.
