The much anticipated public hearings on South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice over its actions in Gaza will be heard at The Hague on Thursday morning.
The Israeli Defence Forces have killed more than 23 000 Palestinians in retaliation to the October 7 surprise attack in which Hamas killed 1 139 Israelis and took over 200 hostages.
