MTN Business has unveiled a fresh market positioning to ignite the growth of businesses – corporates and SMMEs alike – and enhance the ability of the public sector to deliver services to citizens.

Mandisa Ntloko, Head of Marketing for MTN Business South Africa, says there are many challenges that businesses face as they grow, and some of these are internal to the organisation, such as cost reduction, inefficiency and Information Technology (IT) security.

“At the core of MTN Business’s value propositions is our ability to partner with business and public sector clients to identify growth triggers through astute adoption of innovative Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions that unlock value,” says Ntloko.

Amongst other solutions, MTN Business offers Managed Networks, Unified Communications, Cloud, Security and Internet of Things solutions to SMEs, public and private sector clients.

Ntloko explains that MTN Business brings together a package of innovative ICT solutions that enable organisations to overcome their challenges, helping them to achieve their vision – be it improved earnings or better quality of services to communities.

“We understand the challenges faced by Government leaders, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs when implementing service delivery platforms for their citizens and customers. At MTN Business, we take away the hassle of day-to-day management of operations through our bouquet of game-changing ICT solutions and dedicated advisors, and allow leaders to focus on their strategic priorities of growing the business into the future,” adds Ntloko.

As part of our growth strategy, MTN Business has identified small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as a top priority, thus providing products and solutions which have been tailored for the SME market.

In fact, MTN Business recently launched a range of converged business offerings for small-and-medium businesses (SMEs).

MTN Business solutions include:

  • MTN Business Broadband, which is built on MTN’s world-class Internet backbone and Metro Ethernet Access network, making it a smart choice for any small to medium business.
  • MTN Business Cloud, which offers Virtual Server that enables SME’s to save costs, manage software licensing agreements and built in security that helps insure business safety.
  • MTN Business Mobile Private Branch Exchange (PBX) that enables a mobile device to become a full-featured call centre service that offers reduced call rates, empowering SMEs to operate their businesses in a more professional manner.
  • MTN Business has also re-packaged its “Build Your Business with MTN Online”, a website and application (app) service that seeks to provide businesses with a secure online presence.
