Solana ETF Could Happen In 2026 As Holders Look For Next 50x With Trending Altcoins Like Remittix

Solana fans had reasons to cheer when a Solana-staking ETF went live on Cboe BZX, offering institutional investors both exposure and yield, all without managing a validator themselves. That’s a noticeably better entry point for traditional investors. But for a spot ETF, hopes are being tempered.

Bloomberg Intelligence’s James Seyffart cautions that even with a friendly administration, approval in the US may not arrive until 2026, especially due to staking and security concerns raised by the SEC. Even so, the ETF machine is moving, and multiple issuers (like Fidelity and VanEck) are edging closer, keeping pulses higher for Solana’s long-term upside.

Now, while all of these events are going on, there are talks that Solana holders are already quietly hunting for the next big crypto gainer amongst trending altcoins like this Ethereum-based PayFi token Remittix (RTX).

Let’s quickly break down the whole story.

What This Means for Solana Investors

If everything lines up, including ETF approval, macro tailwinds, and institutional confidence, Solana could ride a wave toward $500 by 2026. Its current level of around $197 leaves room for a decent rally, though expectations of 50× gains are unrealistic here.

However, some holders want more than stability.

That’s where some investors are seeking additional upside, without sacrificing too much credibility. The search is on for altcoins that offer both real utility and runway for significant growth.

Enter Remittix: The PayFi Underdog

Positioned in the PayFi space, the project is building a real, consumer-friendly product to solve an everyday pain point: instant, low-cost crypto-to-bank transfers across 30+ countries.

Several developments are giving it serious traction:

  • Raised over $21M in presale already, with 620M+ tokens sold at under $0.10.
  • BitMart listing secured, bringing liquidity and visibility to the token.
  • A Q3 beta wallet launch is on the way, complete with multi-asset and multi-fiat support.
  • Whales are piling in ahead of the exchange listing and utility-first rollout, signaling confidence in execution over hype.

Why People Say 50× Gains Are Possible

Unlike Solana’s ETF story, which is solid, execution-driven, but capped, that of Remittix is a “build it and they will come” narrative in payments. With such low current valuations and straightforward utility, hitting $2 or $5 could deliver 20× or more inside two years if adoption accelerates.

The remittance space is colossal; trillions of dollars move every year. Remittix proposes to grab even a fraction, and its presale momentum suggests people are betting on the upside before headlines arrive.

Which Makes More Sense for 2026?

If you’re looking for a safe bet through 2026, Solana’s ETF case has solid legs.

But for those with a higher risk tolerance, aiming for exponential returns, Remittix, as a functional, consumer-ready payment altcoin, offers compelling asymmetric potential.
