Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced the immediate appointment of President Ntuli as the managing director for South Africa.

In this role, Ntuli takes on comprehensive oversight of HPE’s business, personnel, and operations in the country.

Having previously served as the director of HPE GreenLake Cloud Services in the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa region, Ntuli brings valuable experience to his new position.

Based at HPE’s Johannesburg office, he leads a team of over 150 members spread across Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.

“I’m excited to take up the challenge of leading Hewlett Packard Enterprise South Africa into the next stage of our transformation journey and to witness how HPE’s commitment to the country can help us overcome challenges within the region,” said Ntuli.

“I look forward to continuing to build momentum within the market and enabling our partners and customers within the country to advance the way people live and work.”

Ntuli’s primary focus for 2024 includes harnessing the power of AI and cloud technology to boost South Africa’s economic recovery efforts.

He aims to expand market share in storage and computing, invest in HPE’s partner ecosystems, and promote innovation in various industries through outcome-driven vertical solutions.

This appointment underscores HPE’s strong commitment to the country’s growth and development.

“President is an exceptional leader who has years of valuable experience and expertise within the region,” said Ahmad Alkhallafi, Emirates and Africa Managing Director, HPE.

“After leading HPE’s as a service transformation across the entire UKIMEA region for the past two years, I’m delighted that President is going to carry this innovation agenda into the South African market.

Our customers, channel partners, and staff members in South Africa are in capable hands.”
