MTN South Africa has announced the launch of its SIM-only online offering, MTN SuperFlex. This product aims to transform the way customers experience mobile plans by putting the power of customisation, simplicity, and control into their hands.

In today’s ever-evolving mobile landscape, consumers are seeking not just connectivity, but solutions that provide both the latest technology and value for their money. MTN SuperFlex does just this – giving customers the power to craft their ideal mobile plans offering unparalleled value including large data options, unlimited minutes and unlimited SMSs from only R299 per month.

MTN SuperFlex gives customers the flexibility to build and adjust their plans according to their changing needs. One of the key benefits of this plan is simplicity – meaning that there are no complex time-based, location-based data bundles or network-specific call benefits – just the freedom for customers to use their data where and when they want, and to connect with unlimited minutes and SMS.

MTN SuperFlex enables customers to pay monthly using their debit or credit card, and an ability to unsubscribe from MTN SuperFlex at any time by simply selecting an option on the MTN App.

Customers can choose their data preference from 10GB and higher and will also then receive unlimited minutes (to all local networks) and unlimited SMSs as well as a promotional six-month Disney+ Mobile subscription on us. The offer is available on MTN’s online platform only.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and MTN SuperFlex is a testament to our commitment to best serve their unique preferences and needs. We believe that everyone deserves a mobile plan that aligns with their individuality and changing needs and if your provider is not offering this then you should be considering MTN SuperFlex,” says Ernst Fonternel, Chief Consumer Officer at MTN South Africa.

Summary of MTN SuperFlex features:

  • Simple and convenient online buying experience: MTN SuperFlex makes purchasing a mobile plan as easy as subscribing to your favorite streaming platforms like Disney+. Designed with simplicity in mind customers can effortlessly explore, select, and customise their plans according to their needs.
  • Unparalleled flexibility and control: Every individual’s communication needs are distinct. MTN SuperFlex empowers customers with the flexibility to build and customise their own plans, enabling them to choose their preferred data allocation that matches their unique lifestyle. The flexibility allows the customer to pay monthly and cancel anytime.
  • Freedom at its best: No two people are alike, and neither are their communication needs. This is why MTN SuperFlex has been designed to allow personalisation of plans according to the customer’s unique preferences and the option to add a device if that’s what they need. In addition, the customer can unsubscribe to SuperFlex using the MTN App – with no complexities that are usually associated with mobile plans.
