The company said the new entity will be used to expand Digitata Networks business into the North America’s including USA, Canada and Mexico.
Last September, 4Sight acquired Digitata Networks, which provides intelligent vendor-agnostic network configuration management, performance/revenue monitoring, asset tracking and customer experience management products, services and solutions to transparently monitor, control and automate all major mobile technologies across multi-domains.
4Sight informed investors on Tuesday that DNSA was recently awarded a Software as a Service contract by a Tier 1 Telco in North America, which created an extraordinary reference client, positioning DNSA to rapidly expand its business in the region.
“DNC was formed to achieve growth for DNSA’s short, medium and long-term business goals in the territory. This will be achieved by building a strong commercial and technical team in the region which will allow DNC to rapidly expand and sustain their business in the same time zone,” the company said in a statement.
“By positioning DNSA’s products and services (build on our IoT- and NL-Platforms), multiple new opportunities have already been identified with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telco’s in Mexico and the USA and DNC’s focus will be on closing and delivering these opportunities.”
4Sight’s vision is to enable people to make decisions in the digital economy to better the quality of their being, business and societies.
